Prior to MGT, Charles was Principal of Europa Capital, which he founded with four colleagues in 1999. In 2010, a majority shareholding was sold to Rockefeller Group International (RGI), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd.
Prior to Europa, in 1995, Charles established and served as CEO of BFPFM, a fund management company in which Sir John Beckwith, Richard Ellis and AIG were shareholders.
Since 1995, Charles has raised nine real estate funds, including five pan-European opportunity funds and two Mezzanine debt funds, involving commitments to over 105 transactions totalling more than €9.5 billion across 19 European countries.
From 1984 to 2004, Charles served as CEO of the US subsidiary of London & Edinburgh Trust plc, a listed international property company, based in San Francisco with a development portfolio across the USA.
Charles Graham is Chairman and a founding member of MGT.
In 1984 Charles was briefly with Jones Lang Wootton in California having spent the four prior years from 1979 with Knowlton Realty Ltd, a Canadian real estate agency, in Calgary, Canada and San Francisco.
In 1979, Charles worked in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Cairo, Egypt working with the Saudi Arabian Investment company.
Charles graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc in real estate in 1978 and prior to that with a diploma in French from the University of Franche Comte.
He was a Founding Member of the
Reading Real Estate Foundation and
is a supporter and Trustee of the
American Society of the Royal
Academy of Music. Born in Kenya,
he is a keen supporter of wild life conservation.
Prior to MGT, Henry was Managing Director and Head of Europe at Amstar Global. Henry joined Amstar during 2014 and was responsible for managing all aspects of Amstar’s $950 million European operation. He also played a significant role in the firm's European capital raising activities.
Henry joined Amstar from Europa Capital where he served as Director. At Europa, Henry was involved in $700 million of transactions in UK, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Bulgaria. Mr. Morris joined Europa in 2005.
Prior to Europa Capital, Henry advised
on $670 million of UK transactions for institutional clients with Savills and served as Vice President at Grubb and Ellis in San Francisco.
Henry graduated from the University of Reading in 2001 with a first class degree in Property Investment and Finance. Henry is keen cyclist and is a Trustee of the TI Community Charity.

Callum Thorneycroft is Managing Director and a founding member of MGT.
Prior to MGT, Callum was Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital and led the real estate asset management team in Europe. Callum joined Oaktree Capital during 2014 and was responsible for building the real estate asset management function in Europe for Oaktree Capital’s €2.5 billion real estate portfolio. The role covered a diversified portfolio of shopping centres, business parks, residential, hotels and industrial across UK, Germany, Denmark, Spain and Poland.
Callum joined Oaktree Capital from Europa Capital where he served as Associate Director. At Europa, Callum was involved in $500 million of transactions in UK, Netherlands and Bulgaria as well as providing asset management overview.
Prior to Europa Capital, Callum served as Associate Director in the retail capital markets team at JLL. Callum advised on $500 million of transactions for institutional clients of JLL across Central and Eastern Europe.
Callum graduated from the Cass Business School in 2004 with a MA in Property Valuation and Law. Callum is a keen but distinctly average tennis player and enjoys travelling.
