About MGT
MGT is an alternative Investment Manager that provides capital solutions to real estate sponsors in the Living Sector. Established in 2017, MGT has £610mn of assets under management and £550mn of development in progress in the UK, which comprises c.1,300 multi-family apartments and 625,000 sqft offices. Based in central London, MGT has exceptional access to the UK living sector market, and its sponsors, with many decades of established relationships.

Our experience
Our senior team has worked together for more than a decade with investments in UK and European real estate totaling £13bn across the capital stack from loans, mezzanine, preferred equity and JV equity. We have deep Living Sector knowledge through 7-years of hands on, develop-to-operate multifamily / Build to Rent experience.
Our leadership team
Henry Morris
Henry is responsible for all aspects of the company’s investment management activity with a focus on new business. Before founding MGT, Henry was Managing Director and Head of Europe at Amstar Global, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of the company’s £750 million European portfolio.
Callum Thorneycroft
Callum is responsible for all aspects of investment management activity including execution of existing investments. Before founding MGT, Callum was at Oaktree Capital, where he was Senior Vice President and led the real estate asset management team in Europe, successfully establishing the asset management capability for the company’s £1.9 billion commercial real estate portfolio across Europe.
Charles Graham
Charles is responsible for key business, and, debt and equity capital relationships. With a career spanning over three decades, Charles has successfully raised nine real estate funds (five pan-European opportunity funds and two mezzanine debt funds) and completed 105 transactions totalling £8.3 billion across 19 European countries.
