We are an independent real estate investment and asset management business focused on residential asset classes in the UK and Europe. Our investment approach is analytical, data driven, and guided by understanding investment cycles, market segmentation and macro demographic trends.
Our Focus
MGT’s current focus covers both multi-family and single-family build-to-rent residential as well as counter-cyclical residential investment in London. We currently have an investment programme of over £1bn in progress in the UK including over 2,000 residential units and over 600,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Our leadership team
Charles Graham
Charles is responsible for key business, and, debt and equity capital relationships. With a career spanning over three decades, Charles has successfully raised nine real estate funds (five pan-European opportunity funds and two mezzanine debt funds) and completed 105 transactions totaling £8.3 billion across 19 European countries.
Henry Morris
Henry is responsible for all aspects of the company’s investment management activity with a focus on new business. Before founding MGT, Henry was Managing Director and Head of Europe at Amstar Global, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of the company’s £750 million European portfolio.
Callum Thorneycroft
Callum is responsible for all aspects of investment management activity including execution of existing investments. Before founding MGT, Callum was at Oaktree Capital, where he was Senior Vice President and led the real estate asset management team in Europe, successfully establishing the asset management capability for the company’s £1.9 billion commercial real estate portfolio across Europe.
