HENRY MORRIS – MANAGING DIRECTOR
A founding partner of MGT, Henry is jointly responsible for leading the business and setting the investment strategy. Henry leads on new investments, which has included the acquisition and venture formation of MGT’s multifamily projects at Station Hill (1,200 units), Greenwich Peninsula (1,100 units) and Battersea Power Station (92 units).
Henry has over 20 years of industry experience. Before founding MGT, Henry was Managing Director and Head of Europe at Amstar Global, where he was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of the company’s £750 million portfolio. Henry spent over eight years at Europa Capital, between 2006 and 2014, where he was a Director of Acquisitions and responsible for sourcing investments for a series of Europa Capital’s funds.
CALLUM THORNEYCROFT – MANAGING DIRECTOR
A founding partner of MGT, Callum is jointly responsible for leading the business and setting the investment strategy. Callum leads on execution of existing investments, which includes oversight of planning, design, procurement, construction financing, development and operational mobilisation of MGT’s investments. This currently includes more than 2,300 multifamily units.
Callum has over 17 years of industry experience. Before founding MGT, Callum was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital, where he led European real estate, successfully establishing the asset management capability for the company’s £1.9 billion commercial real estate portfolio across Europe. Callum spent over four years at Europa Capital, between 2010 and 2014, where he was an Associate Director of Asset Management including the management of disposals.
ADINA DAVID – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
An executive director at MGT, Adina is responsible for leading the company’s rental living strategy, growing the firm’s residential portfolio across London and Southern UK.
Adina has over 12 years of industry experience. Before joining MGT, Adina was Director of Urban Living at Greystar, where she was responsible for consolidating their global strategy around the development and acquisition of urban living assets. Prior to this, Adina worked in acquisitions of UK BTR and shared living developments at Greystar and The Collective. Notable projects include the world’s tallest modular building which opened in Croydon in 2021. Prior to joining Greystar in 2016, Adina worked in acquisitions and asset management for Dermot, a residential company in New York.
Adina is the Founder of Ladies in Real Estate, an 1,100-member networking group, and Co-founder of Doyenne, a road cycling club for women in property, with both groups supporting LandAid’s Networks Against Homelessness initiatives. Adina is a Member of ULI UK’s Residential Council Steering Committee, Member of ULI Europe’s Living Concepts Forum, and a supporter of their UrbanPlan programme.
CHARLES GRAHAM – CHAIRMAN
A founding partner of MGT, Charles is responsible for key business, equity and debt capital relationships.
Charles has over 42 years of industry experience. With a career spanning over three decades, Charles has successfully raised nine real estate funds (including five pan-European opportunity funds and two mezzanine debt funds) and completed 105 transactions totalling £8.3 billion across 19 European jurisdictions. Charles spent over 17 years at Europa Capital, between 1999 and 2017, where he was an Executive and Investment Committee member, and responsible for the development and implementation of investment strategy for a series of Europa Capital’s funds.
