First phase of Station Hill approved by Reading Council – 22nd July 2019

We are excited to announce that the first phase of our joint venture with Lincoln Property Company to regenerate Station Hill in Reading has been unanimously approved by Reading Borough Council.

Commenting on the result on behalf of the JV partnership, Callum Thorneycroft, Managing Director MGT Investment Management said:

“This is another exciting milestone towards realising a transformative vision for Reading at Station Hill. The planning consent follows the demolition works already underway, demonstrating our commitment to delivering this project.

“Under this phase of Station Hill, 538 new homes will be delivered for the private and affordable rental market, in addition to ground floor retail and leisure space. These will be situated around a high quality public realm linking through to the larger, northern part of the site next to Reading Station.”
